I am able to get the deal that OP mentioned Galaxy S26 Ultra | New | Unlocked | 1TB | Sky Blue for the final Price $919 and extra $100 Samsung Credit.

I was not able to get the deal on my laptop but i was able to get the deal on my mobile chrome browser with the same account!

Anyway shop Samsung login from secure folder works better but again it is ymmv as well. Good luck

Mine was the AAA member Store and had partnership/us_member_3 instead of education/us_education_2 I think.

Theoretically, any EPP/discount program should work. It's just a matter of getting the Samsung website to offer the lowest pricing to your session specifically. I had played all kinds of voodoo games for a month before I got it to work for me. For me, Chrome worked; others had success in ohter browsers or the app. Try:

Different browsers in Incognito/InPrivate mode
Different devices (laptop, desktop, tablet, phone)
Mobile browser, desktop broser, Samsung app
Different Samsung accounts
Different locations (home, work, a trusted Wi-Fi)
VPN / no VPN

I hated having to play this game, and some of these options I wouldn't use (like I wouldn't trust to send my billing/contact info over VPN or public Wi-Fi or bother creating a new Samsung account). But a family member needed a phone badly. Eventually, it worked. But yeah, fvck Samsung for the hassle.

Able to do it via mobile chrome.. not able with desktop chrome nor samsung shop app.. but after adding to cart on mobile chrome, i logged back in desktop chrome and able to check out and use 4% cb cap one

I don't know if I qualify for any discounts but I could get 512gb ultra but had to trade in s23 ultra and I can't ever g get it to give me my $100. Of products it will give me a screen protector free and say i have a around $73 credit left but no matter what I try and add it doesn't give me credit. But my price was $799 then I another$150 off for PayPal. But not sure it's worth it $650 + all the taxes and all I get is screen protector and 512gb losing my s23 ultra

Clear cookies, clear cache, create fresh Samsung account with new email address that has never made a purchase, link new account to discount program. I used an existing edu acct but never made a purchase with it before. Also try on different devices: desktop, smartphone browser, smartphone app, tablet, your wife's phone, etc. The YMMV part is I still can't get it to show on desktop (tried 3 different machines) but I can add to cart on mobile (S22+ android Chrome browser) and the same cart will appear with the full discount on desktop. I had to uninstall Shop Samsung app too otherwise it would default to using the app which doesn't show the discount.
