** I was able to reproduce the 10% Off coupon offer by:
1. Open browser in incognito
2. Add laptop to cart
3. Click on membership details
4. Leave the cart but stay on Dell
5. Added photo to show you what it looks like

After adding one of the laptops from the Dell Days of Deals link, a pop-up appears to sign up as a New Member. The details note that the coupon may take up to 1 hour for delivery. I didn't receive the coupon until the next afternoon.
