How does this compare to the Megapro/Channelock?

I have both the megapro and this one. The megapro is seriously awesome. My only gipe is that it takes proprietary bits so if you lose one you can't replace it with a standard small bit.

This Stanley one is crap. The ratchet feature is nice, but I guarantee you will never put it into the mode you want. But the worst part of this driver is the bit holder in the handle. The bits fall out of the cap and into the handle and within a few days the plastic guides to hold the bits in the cap got grinded off each time I screwed open and closed the cap. So now all the bits are loose in the handle. I almost forgot the other annoying thing: it's super damn difficult to remove the bits in the dial-a-bit holder on the handle. Not sure what that yellow strap is, but mine didn't come with it when I got it like 10yrs ago.
