Curious to hear any reviews on this. Its a nice size for limbing stuff where you can get away with smaller batteries, but a little more useful than those 8" pruning ones that don't run bar oil.
Ryobi has been quietly impressing me on some of their yard stuff lately, and I'm a die hard milwaukee guy who only turned to them in the past for light use\one off job type tools where I wanted to cheap out. Lately i have been a little more willing to reach for them on things, especially with the growing cost difference.

I guess this works well if you're in the Ryobi system.

If not, and you are in the Denver, Colorado area, then the Lowes on Parker, has a 12" Ego chainsaw for $195, bar oil separately, but with a 2.5 amp, 56v battery and charger. Only the Lowes in Parker. Other cities, might check various Lowes if one is cheaper than others.

I started with Milwaukee tools, but now have more Ryobi tools. M18 Fuel impact is the best, but Ryobi tools are just fine.

I have a 40V Ryobi model (RY405010BTL) with a longer 14" bar. It's been good as a homeowner to cut small to moderate 2-6" branches a few times per year.

Unless you really want to stay in the 18V battery world and really only need to prune small branches, I recommend getting a 40v model with a longer bar.

I've got the next size down, the 8" and haven't tried this larger one. But the 8 is so nice, I'd replace it with the very same one, oilless and the guard over the top of the nose is nicely engineered. Mine came with a 2Ah batt that makes the whole thing light enough to one-hand with urban-brush warrior wrist control certainty. That free hand can hold sticks and fingersized branches for chainsawing that might have been previously boringly lopped. But I've also used it on some logs as big as my leg and it cuts them easily and entertainingly.
That said, this one is a deal, I got my 8" (with smaller 2ah batt & no extra chain) for $179 in April.
