From a pedantic point of view, it's not really about how not to age, which technically means "how to age badly." The title should be "How to not Age," but of course that is not as catchy and would create more confusion than the actual title, which gets the point across even if it's technically off.
However, I think this is one of the most important books anyone could read. Worth FAR more than $2.99.

NAD gave my brother prostate cancer. You should research stuff thoroughly before you start taking things. People always do the dumbest things looking for miracle cures...

Good website too and of note, "all funds received from speaking engagements and book sales are donated directly to charity."

He's 53. You're delusional, and I'm betting you got a big belly.

I swear nad+ supplement keeps my hair from going gray. I notice salt and pepper when I stop taking it for a couple weeks
the energy boost used to make me feel superflhuman , butthat wore off 😅 …but my hair and nails grow a lot faster! And my skin looks less thirsty. But I legit need to trim eyelashes sometimes , but that is normal for me :/
42yoM but I need my biological age to come down a bit to meet my emotional age still …

Great deal on a book that promotes a vegan diet. I am not disagreeing with the research. I am just not going to stop eating lean meat and dairy. A couple of other books that were more useful for me were Outlive (yes, the author knew Epstein), Good Energy was interesting, but less helpful, and Lies I taught in Medical School was decent, spoiler alert, he basically thinks sugar is evil. Great price though.

Wow, all Bryan Johnson needs is to buy this book for $2.99 and his quest for immortality would be over.

The best advice out of any longevity/aging book will only get you to the upper limit that was predetermined by your genes at birth. Us common folk can't get past genetic predisposition.
