It's a 4$ piece of Polypropylene cloth measuring 14" by 20". Does not include the foam bed or anything. Just a flat piece of plastic cloth?

I bought the 14x20 size for my disabled German Shepherd just for a specific spot under his bed mat. Works ok but the thing gets so sweaty underneath where the PU layer is
