This sale is worse than their normal ones.
yes sir... i completely agree.. Example: the bug zapper (factory blemished) is $89 plus shipping.. The exact one at home depot is $89 (brand new) with free shipping .
I have to agree, I've been a huge Direct Tool's fan for years, my garage has a ton of Ryobi and ridgid because of them. But in the past, probably two or three years I find it really hard to find a deal on anything in there and not just because I already have a bunch of stuff, they really don't beat Home Depot by much at all anymore.
Used to like direct tools but the past few orders I have placed they cancelled a week later claiming OOS. Would go online to check and not only is the item in stock but the price is now double or triple
I have found ,for some weird reason ,the lower the sale the better the prices have been. I ended up buying a framing nailer 20 %off at a huge savings then when it was on sale at 40%.
They have had an odd pricing structure for a couple years now.

Ordered a pressure washer... Was DOA. They wouldn't replace, would only do a return because they didn't have any.... Go look and it was in-stock to ship but 2x the price. Total joke. My last order took 2 weeks to ship, told them to cancel it after 5 days of waiting... Ends up shipping a week later.

Thats just not true for a lot of their tools I only buy Ridgid factory blemished so i get the LSA still. but I do wait till its like 40% off HD has never had a 21 degree nailer for 210 bucks and many of the tools I bought that round HD has never had close to that. Ryobi maybe they are always clerancing things and moving things in the tool line. There are good deal at HD for some Ridgid but DTO still is better on better sale days and if you buy more than one tool their 15 flat shipping isn't to bad to the deal.

which framing nailer and what did you pay for it? I got the 21 degree Ridged for 210 on their last 40% off and I have never seen it any cheaper or close

The bug zapper is not included in this sale at Direct Tools, but is currently on sale at Home Depot.
Shop the deals whenever and wherever they come, sometimes it'll be HD other times DTO.
