As much as it pains me to say this - I'd go harbor freight here as at least they are a more useful 22"+ deep in this range. 50"and not deep is much less useful and fits in the garage worse than 40" and usefully deep.
Additionally I've never seen a 2/3" thick butcher block top but I bet it's short lived
