They have lots of other models on sale as well refurbished , but not sure if they jacked up prices to give coupon or those are genuine markdowns with coupon!

People abuse them. You shouldn't run them on high, and never charge them after use. Wait for 30min or more before you charge

You can buy the Dewalt battery adapters and they work great.

Bought this last year from same dyson ebay for $274 ($309 - $62 coupon + tax) I found here. Includes 2 year warranty (allstate). I used it as a secondary vacuum for light pickups since I have a miele c3 for floor and carpets. After 6 months of light use, the sealing ring broke. Bought an "upgraded" sealing ring from amazon for $20 which includes screws in the ring for stability since it seems it breaks often (lots of upgraded generics). Repair was simple enough. After 11 months, the trigger broke, which is also very common. Repair looks like a pain from youtube vids so I went through the RMA process instead. Claim was approved automatically, I sent it back for repair, then all state said they wont repair it and issued me a refund for the full value ($309 without coupon). Dyson/Allstate probably didnt want to repair since it probably cost $20ish mailing each way, $129 to repair the trigger, possible future breakage. I took that refund check and bought a Dreame z30 for $220 on official website (still available). The fact that 2 parts broke within a year is making me stay away from dyson

Helpful info. That just shows that these are just high priced gimmicks. I have a $100 chinese made one that i forgot the name even as i bought like 3/4 years back and is working without a single issue yet. What to say now lol

We've had our v11 Outsize since January of 2024. Battery is still good, trigger is still good, the unit as a whole is still good. This is our main vacuum and is used daily. This is our 4th of 5th Dyson in 20 years. We also got our V11 outsize from the Dyson ebay store.

We still have a plug in one "just in case".
We have a smaller V10 absolute that I use for things like drywall dust cleanup (because I can clean the filters afterwards and let it dry without impacting our normal day to day routine). We got this one in 2020 and the battery just died this year. I plan on buying a replacement.
We have the V11 Outsize (which is the previous version of this one). We have quite a few animals as well and this never misses a beat.

The last 2 were both refurbs. Our plugin ones were all clearance at local stores except my first. I find them decent vacuums.

Just giving another perspective. My only complaint is the cost of replacement parts if you have to buy them (like replacement attachments)
