I tried the fast cap for about 2 months full time. I don't like it. The clip is difficult to get it back on your person and the tape is so flimsy. Only thing I like is it has 1/8, 1/16 really easy to read. Dropped it probably 20 times and it's still surviving. If it had a stiffer tape and better clip I'd buy it again

I understand. I am only a weekend warrior. My 1 year usage is probably less than your 2 months usage LOL. Never really have to pull it out more than 10 - 12 feet so I didn't get to feel the flimsiness too much. But with these old eyes, I'll take the numbers LOL
