I thought you could say the F word twice in a PG13 movie, but the third meant it was R. That was my understanding why the South Park Movie got redone and made as… foul… as it released. Matt and Trey wanted it PG13, but got an R on the first go because of the F word. They scrapped the whole thing to make it as R as possible.
