This not full synthetic y'all. Its blend. Meaning it's like orange juice from concentrate, where they add some other BS in there.

Some of us with really old cars prefer the blend. Keeps those deposits in the gaskets intact haha

Never heard anyone say blended is better than synthetic. Synthetic oil is better than regular oil because it resists breakdown longer and has less impurities. A blended oil has just part of those qualities. So overall it still breaks down quicker and isn't as pure. If you change your oil often, blended is probably fine. But why be stingy with the most important part of your engine. $10 more and you get full synthetic.

Agree, however $10 more and the deal isnt slick. Fifteen dollar oil is a good deal as long as you keep up on your oil changes.

That's what I said. But if full synthetic oil ends up giving your engine another few years of life or keeps your maintenance costs down while you own the car, an extra $10 every few months is probably still worth it. At least that's what I'm doing with my older car.

And some say the earth is FLAT. It sounds like you are part of this group.

Synthetic oil is better in every test.. but ultimately it comes down to what your manufacturer says.

Make and year of your car.

Many manufacturers F'ED UP and used faulty piston rings... espically for Toyota and Subaru and I am sure many others.

If your car engine is burning oil... that does not mean synthetic is better... it means your have an issue with your car engine.
