Props to Bose for having the decency to NOT call this a "subwoofer" lol

Like a tricycle (Bose) to a bicycle (RSL).

PS. If you want a bicycle for the price of a moped up to a motorcycle, look at SVS's subs. 🤣

Apples n oranges comparison.

This subwoofer is designed for a Bose soundbar for a smaller environment.
The 10e is a traditional subwoofer & isn't really an advantage since the commonly used content won't take full advantage.

Not to mention, connecting it can be pretty finicky or pita.
The 10e has a significant bigger footprint also.

You're on the correct train of thought though.
The 10e is kinda the Bose of traditional subwoofers.

The RSL will have significantly more output and will reach lower frequencies than the Bose (Bose doesn't have published specs but is estimated to be around 50-55W RMS and 90-110W Peak, while the RSL is 300W RMS and 800W peak). Also this Bose Bass Module is only for use with a compatible Bose soundbar, while the RSL is compatible with traditional AVRs and amps.
