Edit... looking at the mailer again, I think the cashier was incorrect in their interpretation. I believe it's just what is specifically shown. I think the 2 day 10% is all there is and it's specifically listed. My bad.

Two stores demanded cash, I called other stores and one store takes credit card (nicer neighborhood). So.. go to dollar general in a nicer neighborhood and they probably will allow credit cards. I bought 2x500 in one transaction for $900 6/19 no issues at that store.
