I ordered it. Thank you 👍. It will be great with my DeWalt cut out tool and DCF 860.
I am on the M12 And FLEX platforms, but with everything, you can't be devoted or be a FANBOY to one manufacturer, especially when one brand you did not buy into has some tools with better performance, specs, price point and warranty you need get the work done easy peasy.

Still way too expensive. If you have a power hungry tool like a big saw or blower then maybe a decent price if you need it asap.
But I'd much rather wait for the lower battery (3.5 Ah or whatever it is) to go on a decent sale. The advantage these batteries have is that they're very compact, so a 3ah battery would be perfect for hand tools. This 5ah is more bulky so you're losing the compact advantage when using with hand tools. If you're only looking for a power/duration increase and don't care about bulk, just look for a deal on the older batteries, they go on sale pretty often close to ~$10/Ah
