booked through ipad same steps 2 to 3 times repeat and done. I am not sure it might work for others.

I can replicate the deal but it seems like the paypal discount goes away right before I pay. I'm using PayPal and as soon as I get to the final page to place the order it adds about $150 to the price. Very frustrating.

I officially give up. I've tried getting this as soon as it was posted until this day and still cannot. Have tried every combination of browsers, VPN location, account (both AAA and mil), and it does not work for me. So, I'm convinced it is account dependent and some are just lucky getting it. I will just hold on to my S25 ultra.

It just worked again for me for $899, but the PayPal code didn't work. Could be because I already used the code for another order.

This happened to me, too. Eventually I was able to successfully enter the code a second time on the later screen after the code went away from the previous screen.
