I cancelled my Ring subscription and got this last year. So far it is still here, not stolen yet. I like it can automatically turn on the light when it detects motion.

For those who avoid Amazon or want to pick up in person (to avoid porch pirates), $39.98 at Home Depot or Best Buy
Note: This may not always work in the southern or northern states / Canada, as product description says: Works in conditions down to -5 degrees Fahrenheit, max operating temp 120F

just keep in mind, if you want to use the advanced features, you need the "unlimited pro". I already have the "unlimited" plan but I dont want to upgrade to just use the additional features.
This thing sucks. You can not use voice prompts to google or alexa to control the light. Have to open the app to turn the light on and off. Not recommended.

The Wyze Bulb Cam is not a true PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) camera in the motorized sense. Here's the breakdown:
Pan: You can manually rotate it 360°, but there is no motorized/remote panning
Tilt: Manually adjustable up to 90°, but again not motor-driven
Zoom: Only digital zoom via the app — no optical zoom
Multiple reviewers confirm the camera position must be set by hand and cannot be moved remotely through the app. Once installed, the view is fixed until you physically adjust it.
AT this price range, on sale, should have PTZ. not a good camera. The only good thing is the light concept with cam.
I have many cameras, but this is the one that keeps disconnecting or going offline. All my other Waze cameras aew online, but this goes offline no matter what.
I got 2 3 months ago. Work great catch more motion than my blink and ring camera. Getting ready to cancel my ring subscription and thinking about their door bell or door handle camera too.

dang that are you that lazy to open the apps to control? also, there is something schedule sunset to sunrise. You don't even have to open the app or messing with the voice to google/alexa control the light.
