My "personalized" offers are for 7 movies and one series, all of which I already own on Fandango. I think their offers system is broken.

Thanks for calling this out although no great deals for me. Worth mentioning that disc to digital is still available with most movies being only $2 for hdx. That on top of discounted Fandango at home gift cards is the best deal in the industry.
