I had this machine for a year or so. It sure was convenient, but that convenience was pretty much negated every time you had to clean the thing. It was awful. I also had problems with the cheap parts from the manufacturer and it pooped out on me in less than 18 months.

Purchased this in Nov 2023 for $281. We have used it for two+ Starbucks like drinks a day and it's been great. Milk frother is fine, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it. One thing to note is the grinder is NOT serviceable we used too oily beans at one point and it clogged the grinder and I had to manually force beans through it to clean it out. There was no way to take it apart and properly clean it.

Had this in the past and it stopped working after 13 months and the warranty is 12 months. The manufacturer told me to jump in a lake...

I havnt tried that, after that one incident I havnt had another issue with it. I'll keep the Grindz tablets in mind if it happens again. Thanks

Well, it's just a good idea to run some through every month or so to clean out the stale oils and whatever, as part of you maintenance routine. Actually, it's time to clean out my grinder, now that I'm thinking about it.
