I've seen some people say the seat cushion is a bit firm, but honestly, I'm a big guy 6'3" 330 and I fit comfortably in this chair. To me, the firmness is just right. It gives great support with a nice bounce. The lumbar support is also a big help, especially since I work from home all day.

Having a maximum seat height of 20.67" means that is not suitable for someone who is tall.
