In the highest mode, the Sport mode:
It does 19mph easily on a perfectly flat road, with no wind, and with a full battery.
Also, it'll depend on the person's weight, up to 185lbs it'll do 19.
As the battery drains to less than 40% it'll probably go up to 15mph.
At below 40% to 20% it'll have trouble going up steep hills.
19mph is the software safety limit of this scooter. Even on a steep downhill it'll not do over 19mph.
Its travelling range seems to be about 17-18 miles in flat terrain at around 12mph and with a regular weight person, around 175lbs.
The faster the speed the less the range. Around 10-12mph is probably the usable range above.
Eco mode will give the longest range. Its speed limit is about 8mph.
The middle speed mode, D mode, is about 12mph.
It may do the 23 mile range stated in the product page in Eco mode with a skinny person, and in a smooth flat road with no wind.
The fast speeds will limit the range as well as the load, the wind, road conditions, etc.
It's range may go down to 12 miles in hilly areas with the S mode fast speeds, and a large load.
In that case when it gets down to one bar or 20%, it'll probably go another 2 miles or so.
At that point, if the speed mode is set to the S highest speed mode, it's probably best to change it to Eco mode to extend the range somewhat.
Prices for all the scooters on AliExpress have gone up, BUT with the page coupon and a good cash back at a good site, and a good cash back credit card, one may get this AOVOPRO AP07 Electric Scooter for around $135 or less.

For the difference of about $25-$40 for the above features, assuming one gets the various cash backs, this is a great scooter.
