The $751.33 price is for the 1900wh capacity model. Not the 2048wh. That one starts at $889.26 before the discount.

idk how accurate but based on Google AI, they are the same hardware. The 1900 is model EFD329 whereas the other is EFD350. The 1900 apparently was specific to QVC and other online distributors as part of a bundle but have the same battery and capacity.

I have the 2048wh and am happy with it (with a few panels on my patio, mainly for 2 x fridge backup and solar lights).

Would this be a good option for running a fridge in a blackout / emergency power in an emergency? Or would a bigger model be recommended?

Yes, this will work to run a fridge. I use mine as a fridge UPS and general home backup (lights, fans, window AC if needed). For added capacity, you can buy server batteries or golf cart batteries, buy/make a modded cable, and the ecoflow will detect it as an OEM expansion battery. Cheapest way to add capacity and you can buy more and stack as you expand. You just need to make sure the inverter in the power station has enough wattage to run what you need to run.

I have a 48v 100ah Humsienk battery, which basically adds 5.12kwh capacity, but the power station can still only output 2400w(4800w) of power. I can keep adding batteries to expand capacity but inverter can only output the same power. Hope that makes sense.

Careful... EcoFlow support is terrible. I have had two Delta 2s die. Working on a warranty claim now and they are trying to force me in to accepting a downgrade as they don't have any stock of normal Delta 2s (even though they are in stock on their website).
