I am not certain on phones as I never hit few months back I bought an Apple Watch grade A and it came in brown box unused with no signs of usage and battery was at 97%!Good luck

ive bought 3 of these "Grade A" refurb iphones from Amazon. 1 as a gift and the screen had a mind of its own. returned.... The other 2 had been repaired with knock off parts. One was a knockoff battery and the other was a touch screen controller. You may get lucky but dont sell your old phone until you do at least one IOS update. Its a gamble for sure. Returns with a 3rd party is shitsville too.

They come from various phone refurb/repair stores/operations all over the country. Most seem from NY area. Amazon has nothing to do with them except take a cut of the sale.

These are trade ins and really old. You are better off buying individually graded phones where can see the actual phone pictures..

Yep. These are phones where it was more profitable to sell them bulk, sight unseen to people that dont know any better. Vs try to sell them on ebay
