FYI, this table is constructed with #430, which is a more affordable but lower quality stainless steel. On the plus side, it's a 'ferritic' stainless steel, making it magnetic, but it has lower corrosion resistance (little to no Nickel) than the typical 'austenitic' food & medical-grade #304 or marine-grade #316 stainless steel, which have extremely high corrosion resistance. In other words, this is not a table you'd want to keep outside (e.g. a fish/game cleaning station) exposed to elements as it will corrode. You'll often find this type of #430 & #446 stainless steel in applications such as the tables/surfaces in mechanic shops, and other industries that require strong, corrosion-resistant, easy-to-clean surfaces. If you're looking for a kitchen/food prep surface, I strongly recommend a #304 stainless steel table instead.

How about as a work table in a garage in the Northeast that is unheated?

Thanks for the insight. Was going to ask if this was good for an outdoor kitchen.
