I went to my local Xfinity store, and they would not give me a pin even though I claimed the reward and it was saved in my rewards. They said they were an authorized dealer (not a direct Xfinity store), and their management said to give the pins only to mobile members, of which I was not. The store.itself has a big Xfinity across the front, no way to know they are not a 'real' Xfinity store! The 'store locator' on the app even pointed to this store as my closest to get the pin!

I have completely different experiences, I went to store and just asked for it, don't even need to show them anything. BTW, Shirt is kids size.

It's a pin of kevin or bob (one of them lol) filming with a movie camera. Pretty cute. Fwiw my Xfinity store was super chill. I asked about the pins and he immediately said "dude we have hundreds and no one has come to the store I'll give you as many as you want to get em off my hands" I told him we could just do 1 for each of my kids with us and he gave us 6 to share with others. This was Xfinity in Concord, CA. They ran out of shirts.
