I've been eyeing this for a while. The wetstones are fine, but they make a mess with the water and they're kind of a pain in the ass. Might just have to get this.

this is way better that wet(don't need to wet this) and it works on my expensive Damascus knives as I couldn't sharpen them with wet stones

Great sharpeners take your time read the instructions they are very well made and create a near perfect edge when used as instructed. Strong motors and diamond plus ceramic plates that spin finely.

These are great, can you get it sharper with stones and stropping belt but this will get it 90% of the way there in 10% of the time
