- This promotion is available only to Amazon.com customers with an eligible Citi Thank You Rewards Account. Offer is only eligible to customers who redeem Points for eligible purchases made on the U.S. Amazon Site using either their Citi Double Cash Card or Citi Custom Cash Card (collectively, "Citi Cash Cards").
- This offer is only available on eligible products. Eligible products are items that can be purchased using Shop with Points at checkout for this promotion. Not all products on Amazon.com are eligible. See Shop with Points Restrictions.
- Customers with an eligible Citi CashCard who redeem Citi ThankYou Points to pay for all or a portion of eligible purchases on Amazon during the promotional period will receive an automatic award of an Amazon Gift Card to their linked Amazon account 30 days after completion of the following: (a) by redeeming 2,500 Points worth $20 towards an eligible Amazon purchase, the customer will be issued a $10 Amazon Gift Card, and (b) by redeeming 15,625 Points worth $125 towards eligible Amazon purchases, the customer will be issued a $15 Amazon Gift Card.

Note, Amazon exchange rate when redeeming points for purchases on Amazon:
Amazon shows my redemption value as:
1 point = $0.008
2,404 ThankYou® Points Is worth $19.23. So I wouldn't recommend redeeming points for purchases on Amazon normally since you are basically losing $5 for every 2500 Thank you points compared to the cash back when redeeming from Citi to your bank account or a statement credit. This deal here by OP really only nets me $5. Does this sound right or am I mistaken?

I eventually found an Amazon page that said I could link accounts by logging into citi.com
Unfortunately my Citi login doesn't work on citi.com
It works fine on citionlineservices.com and citithankyoucard.com (the latter is what is printed on the card).
I've tried change password & register at citi.com, but it just says your info doesn't match our records.
