This is a pretty hot deal since they usually go for $80-100. Picked up one for myself, already have a Haute42 leverless (hitbox/mixbox), this should be just as good or maybe even better I think.
These leverless (hitbox/mixbox) controllers are great for playing fighting games like Street Fighter, Tekken, Fatal Fury, Mortal Kombat, 2XKO, Marvel vs Capcom, Marvel Tokon (from alpha tests), Granblue, Guilty Gear, Smash Bros, Rivals of Aether, etc.... especially if you want to reduce the chance of mis-inputs that can happen with controllers and fightsticks.

This 8bitdo leverless in 2.4GHz mode is VERY snappy. It feels instantaneous on Vampire Savior and Street Fighter III on a CRT on MiSTer, and has been great to learn on—I spent a few hours yesterday breaking it in, and it's starting to feel natural. Imo the hardest thing to pick up on with these is using a thumb to jump in fighting games.
I love this not only for accuracy, but to avoid flare-ups of arthritis. Where conventional console game pads have begun to cause me pain after only an hour or so, I have yet to experience that problem with arcade controllers, with or without a stick, for multiple hours. If you have smaller hands, though, you might want smaller buttons for the directional-button area; I could see someone with shorter fingers experiencing spread fatigue.
I'd love to say this style is the one controller to rule them all, but I don't think it's well suited to anything where fine control of the UP direction is needed, as in STGs/shmups—get a good stick for those.
for $45 more, the Xbox Edition is still available:
