This isn't a slim tool. This is little bigger than the 1/4 inch impact from Milwaukee. Only advantage in terms of size is the battery is smaller. So, the handle below where battery fits will be slimmer since it uses 12v battery. Do not expect this tool to fit in the engine bay, it least likely it will. I wouldn't recommend using this particular tool on removing lug nuts. It is rated at 550lbs ft torque but this thing heats up quickly. This is a good tool to work on brakes and front and rear suspension (on a small and medium duty cars/suv). If you are planning on removing crank bolt with this, forget it.
