I got this used with 99hrs locally for about 1000 less than this, including a 2 yr warranty that transferred, same number and size of batteries but no wall charger. Love it, easy to maintain and cuts fast and clean. I had a notification on for this and would have jumped so fast had I not gotten lucky with the local purchase. I have only seen 1 error thrown and it was because I got it stuck on rocks. If you get this, make sure you are aware of its lack of slope mowing capabilities.

Interesting how many walmart.com reviewers say walmart shipped them the wrong lawnmower.
It is interesting as it *should* just be a drop ship straight from Greenworks. Looks like those issues occurred in 2025, but I guess it's worth keeping a sharp eye on.
FYI I am on the preparing step now of the order.

It's interesting, everywhere else I look this mower comes with three chargers and the battery needs to be removed to charge them. Here it comes with a wall charger suggesting it can just be plugged in with the battery still in the mower. Does anybody know if this is the case?
I picked one of these up over the winter. I got the 4 batteries and 2 regular chargers though. I absolutely love it! It's so much less obnoxious than the Husqvarna 48" I had before.

It is just like charging an electric car. The wall charger has a plug that goes directly into the mower.
I love their price comparison
They think you will be mowing lawns non commercially for 500 hours per year with a 42"
They think you will need $2800 in maintenance on your gas mower over 10 years, but the greenworks is still good to go
They think a 42" gas mower uses well over a gallon of gas per hour
They think those batteries that you use for 500 hours a year, will still not need replacing in 10 years.
But considering you get 6 of the big 60v cells, you are good to go with all the other 60v push mower and weed wackers, and even the snow blower.
Just ordered one, as i have been waiting for tariffs to drop, not sure if that is the case but price is definitely on par to Summer of 2025. Delivery thursday, Amex in case of FUBAR! @Aarrgus Thank You!
