Community Reviews
The refurbished Galaxy S23 Ultra stands out for its flagship hardware, especially the 512GB model with 12GB of RAM, the built in Bluetooth S Pen, and a camera system that still gets praise for sharp shots and exceptional 10x zoom. The phone is also described as feeling like new in hand, with strong overall performance and a U.S. unlocked version that uses one physical nano SIM plus eSIM. The main cautions are shorter remaining software support, possible battery wear, and refurb quality that can vary, including reports of non OEM parts or mismatched screens. A strong feature set, but the remaining support window and refurb condition deserve a close look.
Mobile photographers who shoot distant subjects, because the 10x zoom is strong and the camera is still hard to beat at long range.
Power users who want extra multitasking headroom, because the 512GB model includes 12GB RAM instead of 8GB on the smaller storage version.
People who want a stylus-equipped phone, because it includes a Bluetooth S-Pen.
Owners who need a rugged backup phone, because factory-refurb units with a new battery can keep working through dirt and heat.
Shoppers who need dependable refurb quality, because refurb phones can arrive with old batteries, unknown damage, or non-OEM replacement parts.
People who need long software support, because OS and security updates are expected to end soon.
Heavy all-day phone users, because the battery can drop to barely half a day.
Photographers who rely on the 3x-to-9.9x zoom range, because that range can look blurry and effectively unusable.

Camera on the S23 Ultra is good though, comparable to the iPhone 14 Pro but way more Zoom.
