Adding to what was already said, this laptop has basically the prettiest screen under 2k with the OLED. Like it is gorgeous and was the main reason I finally upgraded my Legion 5 Pro 16 with a 3070 in it. First thing I had seen on a new laptop that felt like such a clear improvement over my Legion 5 pro lol.

Specs, price etc this is a fantastic deal in the current market. Honestly with 32 Gbs of ram it wouldn't have been a bad deal even back in December I don't think, but now it's amazing lol.

Yeah, I was waiting for a deal on the Zephyrus G16 but the Legion at this price feels like an insane bargain in the current market. You get:
  • amazing screen
  • great build quality
  • great entry-mid level GPU with good thermals (the 5070ti version has known thermal issues but the 5070 doesn't)
  • 32GB memory (~$400 on their own)
  • Decent battery life for a gaming device (~5-6h with normal office usage) while having quite a powerful CPU
  • Good port selection
I'm really on the fence on waiting or biting now D:

What do people do with these when they fizzle out from heat problems? Throw away after 3 years? Generally interested and curious
