Pretty descent deal with a more usable 3ah battery, Although this "DCD799" has a plastic chuck.
If you buy this, keep an eye out for a similar deal on the DCD806. A little better drill with a metal chuck.
Or a DCD800 if you only want a premium standard drill and not a hammer drill.

YMMV depending on if these are new or old stock, but DCD799 is a metal chuck now.

Their pics still show a plastic chuck, and their specs have no mention of an all steel chuck.

The picture you just included is the metal chuck version. They updated the drill to have a metal chuck several months ago so that's why I'm saying it's really a YMMV with these right now.
The DCD799L1 kit picture on HD website (and DW) shows the plastic chuck with ribbing similar to the clutch adjustment, the metal chuck is a knurling all the way around without any ribs. I ordered this kit late last week when it went on sale and supposed to arrive today, so I should be able to add one anecdotal bit of evidence.

There are newer, better, more powerful models now.
Just depends which line of DeWalt you're looking for.
