Airpods don't fall under the 90 days. I've returned a faulty pair before after two years. You can tell in the app when you look at the "Shipping and Returns" tab for a product, it will specifically say if a product is only under 90-day

man... just bought them off amazon last night. i might have gone for this, but like others have said, the color limits are a factor. good option is you want the black ones, though

What about the Sonos soundbar. It says "Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date." But that seems to be for a coupon code for more Sonos stuff.
