I don't really know what the ideal blend is, but as a heavy sweater I prefer the high sodium content in LMNT.
I'll probably grab a pack of these simply because the price is hard to pass up. On days I don't go to the gym I think they'll be enough for me.

Pure Kick Arctic Hydration is a cheap, flavored electrolyte mix that stands out for taste and convenience more than heavy-duty hydration. The variety pack gets praise for enjoyable flavors like orange cream, bomb pop, green apple, strawberry watermelon, and blue raspberry, and the Hydrate version is caffeine free and sugar free. The main drawback is that it is lighter on electrolytes than stronger sports mixes, with no sodium and only modest potassium and magnesium, so it feels more like a flavored top-up than a full workout replacement. It is a solid budget pick for everyday sipping or lighter use.

Where it falls short, per stick:
Sodium — 100mg. This is the main problem. Sodium is the electrolyte you lose most in sweat, and serious hydration products run 300–1,000mg. LMNT is 1,000mg, Nuun is ~300mg. At 100mg this barely dents what you sweat out in a real session.
Potassium — 110mg and magnesium — 21mg. Both on the low end. Fine as a top-up, not real replacement.
Chloride 155mg is okay.
What it's actually loaded with is vitamins A, C, E, zinc, selenium, manganese, and chromium at 25–50% DV each. That's the Emergen-C marketing angle, not electrolyte science. None of those are electrolytes, and megadosing selenium/chromium/manganese around a workout does nothing for hydration or performance.
