You can't have longer length on 40GB data usb cable. All high data transfer cable will be short because you will ran into stability issues with longer cable.

I have a few 6' thunderbolt/USB4 cables that work fine at full speed, although I don't have a way to test 240W charging. I don't think they get longer than that though.
