• Sensor quality: A810 Lite uses an unspecified sensor; A810S has dual Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 — significantly better night vision

• GPS modes: A810 Lite has 3-mode GPS vs A810S's 5-mode GPS (more accurate tracking)

• AI features: No AI Motion Detection (A810S has it)

• ADAS: Basic vs A810S's more advanced driver assistance

• Night vision: HDR Night Vision is decent, but no match for STARVIS 2 low-light performance
