Kind of. I have flat feet and my podiatrist always tells me to get insoles for high arches if I'm not going custom.

I've tried this but some move the arches to high and that creates its own issues..... is want something a bit more arch but also flexible...

Oh sure, but his logic is that you want your arch support to put your arches where they should be not where they are. Flat feet causes problems when you get older as I'm now finding out.

Yup, my point is that for most you can't just go to where the arches should be and need to essentially build them up and tolerance to the chances else you get other issues.
