Under the buying options there should be a "check nearby stores" click that and look for any that have the clearance logo and on clerance in store text, then change to that store to see the clearance price in that store, the only one anywhere near me that has it is the OPs price of 175.

This like the only dewalt gun i dont have. But its really only good for T&G stuff. 314 at my store so i guess ill keep waiting

Most finish carpentry you want smaller holes, and anything structural you will want larger nails or screws. TnG hides larger nail holes but a 15ga isnt as likely to blow out material like a framing nailer would
