Having trouble finding manual or spec sheet since I don't see a specific model number, would like to confirm some of the listed specs (particularly outdoor temp range for heating)

Indoor(cooling/heating):

I did see these included in the description but given that it was supplied by seller and not manufacturer (and also has incorrect conversions to Fahrenheit (-7C is 19F, not 45F) I wanted to see the official spec sheet and/or manual.
Where did you find out about main board/power issues?
