How does this compare to the Mova P10?

We've got the first generation of this and it's excellent. Main difference I'm aware of is 11,000 pa vs 25,000, but 25k is overkill on floors anyway. If you don't mind that, the first gen is available refurbished on ebay for $250 directly from dreame official store with 2 year allstate warranty.

I have 2 of DREAME.... works great but I will NOT buy any DREAME product again because the scamdal DREAME founder had in China, the government is investgating the company and seems already shutting down part of their operation, and it's just beginning. I used to have NEATO, guess what happen when the company went bust? App stopped working and robot basically dead while every parts still working, I have feeling the DREAME may become second NEATO soon.

DREAME is under investgation for huge scamdal (not their robot part, but other parts), read the news, if you don't wanna another NEATO at home then you better pick roborock or something else not DREAME, that includes MOVA(Dreame sub-brand) too.

Guys been commenting a lot on robovacs and nearly bought this one. This is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT version from the Dreame L40 Ultra (aka gen1). Do not watch a Gen 1 video then think you are buying that robovac. Please watch the Gen 2 but basically there are a bunch of upgrades (improved suction, battery life) and downgrades (no cleaning solution reservoir, camera) compared to that version. At this price point you are getting the cornering ability (it can pop out it's mop pads and dust catcher to get corners much better).

Biggest dealbreaker for me is they downgraded the camera. As a result the object detection on this went to absolute shit. Please watch some videos to see that this is the major complaint regarding this vacuum. A lot of reviewers say that's a major issue as it will get stuck on all kinds of things and need you to rescue it. Suffice to say, if you have young kids or have a lot of stuff on your ground, this is almost certainly not the vacuum for you.

I don't have a direct perspective on V2 (which sounds like it has some tradeoffs vs v1).

However, I have the gen1 version of this from a prior Kohls deal. After having mixed feelings about older eufy and irobot vacuums, I was hesitant to spend $350-400 on a newer robot. However, I love it.

The self-cleaning/self-drying mop pads is great, as is the ability to life the mop pad a few centimeters (so it doesn't drag across very low pile rugs).
You can set up no go zones and targeted deep clean areas, it has edge cleaning, doesn't bump into walls and has obstacle avoidance, self-charges/self-empties/etc.

Currently my only minor nit is every time I open the Dreame app to adjust cleaning settings, it wants me to sign up for their mailing list and there's no way to say 'no, don't ask me again'.

After reading everything and speaking with my nephew who owns L40 for over an year, decided to buy L50 from ebay refurb (seems to be coming with 2 year squaretrade warranty). He likes his L40 and doesn't have any issues but would love to have hot mops https://www.ebay.com/itm/35862872...R2RCG1JNG3

I have the L10s ultra refurb and have been very happy with it except for the fact that the obstacle avoidance is pure garbage. It will not avoid my cat's toys. One of the toys is constantly getting caught in the rollers to the point I have to hide the toy but it's her favorite toy. Will the L40 do a better job of avoiding things like toys on the floor?

This is an awesome deal IMO. We've had ours for about a month and it's made a huge difference in our home.
