"Minimum battery health: 85%" - I wouldnt qualify that as "excellent" when Apple considers 80% the threshold for replacement.

I highly doubt that you'll find an ultra3 with 85% battery. Most second gens are not around that yet let alone gen3 but you never know.

They shouldnt but considering this is a refurb, it was returned at some point. It could have been perfectly fine when returned or there could have been an issue so never know until you get one.

Excellent watch, for a good price. Wouldn't be concerned about battery life. But not too much exp buying refurb on eBay.
