Other ultimate 3 C are TMR why is this Hall effect? The style isn't for me but I'd ignore that for TMR

This is the Ultimate 1 - it's a series from years ago. All of the Ultimate 1 models are hall effect.

Maybe you're confusing the "3-mode" as meaning this is the Ultimate 3. This is not - this does bluetooth, 2.4Ghz RF, or wired USB-C. 3 modes.
