I bought this two weeks ago for $500. There is little online presence with reviews, but it ranges from this is okay to any ebike under 2k will burn your house down. I'm happy with it. I live in a hilly area and am about 220 lbs and there are only a few tricky hills that we can quite pedal up that are very steep. So far house is not on fire.

Can you attest to it's weight? My 20" fat tire e-bike with 14Ah battery weighs 58 pounds, but the website for this bike lists it at 82 pounds.

I emailed heloheep that I wasn't thrilled about the abrupt price drop just after I purchased this. To their credit they refunded me the difference. Even though I can't speak to the longevity of the product, this was a really great customer service moment for me.

Update, I got the bike today and it came with a 10ah battery, not as advertised. I sent them a message and will update once I get a response.
