$100 less at Walmart [walmart.com] Good luck with PMing, though - BB doesn't list the correct model and Walmart doesn't let you look up UPC (824142413524) except on the app.

If you're upgrading and have RAM and SSD(s) to bring over, or are on a tight budget, this is a pretty good deal for a 5080 with an i9, as it's fully-upgradable with two 2280 SSD slots and nothing's soldered. If you need more RAM or storage out of the box, the Legion Pro 7i with 32GB/2TB that regularly hits $2450-2500 is a much better choice than the similarly-spec'd version of this that's $2400 at Walmart right now, even at $100 more.

It needs some tweaking to be stable (MSI drivers are garbage, and the out-of-the-box settings are too aggressive for the cooling and cause overheating unless you dial them back with XTU) but RAM and SSD are completely upgradable, nothing soldered, and there's a second 2280 SSD slot available to make upgrading easy and plenty of room for double-sided SSDs. There are some design issues - I'm not sure the fans don't have speakers to make them extra loud like a 4-cylinder with fake V-8 sounds Wink , the SSDs don't have heatsinks, and it's bulky, not ultraportable.
