20% discount is great. But the catch is southwest is now not cheaper at all. you can fly delta for the same or slight higher cost with much greater experience.

It's all good to get a discount on flights, but I rather pay with points so that my changes come back on non-expiring points.

Booked a $360 flight yesterday, looked at cancelling to rebook with this deal, it is now up to $460. This airline is so incredibly frustrating. I'm used to flights going up $15-20 on United/Delta/Jetblue but an extremely low demand, weird hour flight shoots up $100 in 24 hours after me and one other person book a seat.
