All Apple products (except for new iPhones for now) have raised prices due to the limited RAM supply caused by the AI industry.
Xbox just received another price increase and will have another in 2027.
A lot of RAM-dependent devices have increased prices recently and will continue to increase.

I ordered it also from Costco earlier and now sold out. BTW, it is no longer clear to me if they will update the Apple TV. At the new price, it does not seem it is worth the premium vs the Amazon fire 4k for $24 prime day price. I have and use both, and the fire TV 4k works just fine. The Apple TV is 10x more is price and is NOT 10x better. Apple may drive people out of the market for Apple TV and then discontinue it. The Neo uses repurposed iphone chips as well, and probably has a much higher profit margin than the Apple TV.
