Excellent deal if the specs are as stated. The battery is much larger than a Talaria XXX or other cheap e-motos under $4000.
However, THIS IS NOT AN EBIKE! This is an off-road motorcycle that can go nearly 60 MPH. There is literally nowhere in the USA where this qualifies as a bicycle, or even a moped. Even if you have a motorcycle endorsement on your driver's license, you can't ride it on the street without adding turn signals, getting it inspected and licensed, and having insurance.

Yep, it's these types of "e-bikes" that give the whole e-bike segment a bad name because people ride them on trails and end up causing accidents, which ultimately result in harsh crackdowns that screw things up for everyone, e.g. the recent NJ e-bike registration and insurance requirements.
