However, THIS IS NOT AN EBIKE! This is an off-road motorcycle that can go nearly 60 MPH. There is literally nowhere in the USA where this qualifies as a bicycle, or even a moped. Even if you have a motorcycle endorsement on your driver's license, you can't ride it on the street without adding turn signals, getting it inspected and licensed, and having insurance.

And for someone who wants to do occassional motocross, this is probably a blast. No oil changes, or tune ups, "fuel" cost is minimal and its under $4k.

But at $3700 it seems like this is getting too close to real motorcycle prices. I think a Honda CB300 or Ninja 300 isn't that much more expensive, and is a real, freeway-legal vehicle that can be ridden anywhere.
A Honda Grom is cheaper than this and can hit the same speeds too.
