Excellent deal if the specs are as stated. The battery is much larger than a Talaria XXX or other cheap e-motos under $4000.
However, THIS IS NOT AN EBIKE! This is an off-road motorcycle that can go nearly 60 MPH. There is literally nowhere in the USA where this qualifies as a bicycle, or even a moped. Even if you have a motorcycle endorsement on your driver's license, you can't ride it on the street without adding turn signals, getting it inspected and licensed, and having insurance.

No HDMI. hard pass.

In all seriousness, thank you for all that detail info.

Yep, it's these types of "e-bikes" that give the whole e-bike segment a bad name because people ride them on trails and end up causing accidents, which ultimately result in harsh crackdowns that screw things up for everyone, e.g. the recent NJ e-bike registration and insurance requirements.

Good news, is no one will catch you on this bike, lol.

Yesterday I saw some police department post a video of the pursuit and arrest of two kids on bikes like this who tried to run. Cop was actively mocking them the whole time while trailing leisurely behind, and they ended up with a ton of charges. Motorcycle cops will ride laps around you on this; you're not outrunning anyone at 62mph lol

Police have drones now and often bust kids that try to run. Those are not charges that you want on your record.
